Durbar Square means royal squares in English. Basantapur Durbar Square is one of the most beautiful artwork as it relives the ancient art and culture of Nepal. It is located in Basantapur. Though, the construction of that palace is not written in history but is credited to Sankhardev (1069 – 1083).

Basantapur Durbar square is enlisted as a UNESCO cultural heritage site, it has attracted a lot of tourists all over the world. it is one of the most visited places and it has the world’s highest concentration due to the well preserved ancient buildings.

Several buildings in the Basantapur Durbar square collapsed due to a major earthquake on 25 April 2015.

Lalitpur or Patan durbar square is located at the center of the city of Lalitpur, Nepal. The Krishna mandir temple was built by King Siddhi Narsingh Malla in 1667 AD. It is best known for its aesthetic and UNESCO world heritage site.

One of its main attractions is the ancient royal castle where the Malla Kings of Lalitpur lived.

It is one of the oldest cities of Buddhists. Most of the temples, palaces, and monuments were built during the Malla period. The city is surrounded by four stupas and four corners of Patan. These stupas were built by Emperor Ashoka. Lalitpur durbar square is a famous and most visited place for tourism.

Manaslu circuit trek is called a teahouse trek in Nepal. The best season to do the Manaslu circuit trek is in spring and autumn.

Mount Manaslu is also known as the “killer mountain” because more than 60 people were killed as said by locals. A minimum of 2 people is required to attempt the Manaslu circuit as well as we must go through a government-registered guide.

This place is popular for trekking. 

Most people hike to Poon Hill from the village of Ghorepani to see the beautiful sunrise. The best season to trek is in spring (March/April) and autumn (October/November). The trek duration is 5 to 7 days which starts from Pokhara.
